Community Structure:

Weston Hills is a premier single family home association located in Weston, Florida which consists of 2,133 single family homes nestled in between two 18-hole championship golf courses and gorgeous sprawling lakes throughout the community.  The association is comprised of a Master Association, W.H. Maintenance Association, Inc., as well as 6 additional and unique sub-associations. The large sub-associations are comprised of individual districts within the subs.

Responsibilities:

The W.H. Maintenance Association (Master Association) is responsible for the maintenance of the common areas located alongside the main thoroughfares, Weston Hills Drive and Weston Hills Blvd, which includes Roads, Landscaping, Irrigation Systems, Gatehouse Access System, Monuments and the 4 parks located throughout the community.  The Master association is also responsible for overseeing the architectural modification process throughout the community.

Responsibilities:

The sub-associations are responsible for the maintenance of all the common areas within their association, which extend past the district entrance monuments that run along Weston Hills Blvd and Drive.  Along with the maintenance of their common areas, the sub-association is also responsible for the enforcement of covenants and rules within their individual association.  The sub-associations are as follows:
