IMPORTANT: In order to update our records with the new owner information, upon closing, please provide a copy of your warranty deed or settlement statements via email to warrantydeeds@castlegroup.com and apescetto@castlegroup.com. Once we have received and updated our records, you will receive a copy of our new owner welcome package and payment coupons for the balance of the year.

  • Monday - Friday from 7am to 7pm
  • Saturday from 8am to 6pm

Leasing?

If you are looking to rent your home, please note that W.H. Maintenance requires that all tenants go through a screening and approval process. The association offers a convenient online process for prospective tenants to apply for approval, through Tenant Evaluation.

To apply, please got to Tenant Evaluation, create an account and enter code #8943 to get started.
  • Once you log in and provide all that is required, it will then prompt the owner to also sign the documents.
  • There is a $1,000 deposit due only from the owner, that is deposited and held in our account during the entire time the home is rented.
  • There is a $500 annual administrative fee due by owner for all lease applications including renewals. 
  • We only accept Personal checks and Cashier checks, payable to WESTON HILLS MAINTENANCE.
  • We won’t be able to process the application if there is an open violation on file or a pending balance in the account.
  • We only allow 12-month leases.
  • Tenants must re-apply every year before the lease expires.
  • The owner must be responsible for the exterior of the property, and it must be specified in the lease.
  • If they own a truck, it must fit in the garage and be parked there overnight. Please make sure the dimensions of the truck will fit in the garage prior to completing the lease application.
  • The Committee then reviews the final application process and from that point the renter and owner would be notified of the committee’s decision.
