Exterior Modifications

To maintain the aesthetic and structural harmony of our neighborhood, all exterior changes or additions to homes such as fencing, paint colors, landscaping, roofing, or renovations, must go through our Architectural Review Process. This ensures that any updates align with our community guidelines.

Homeowners are asked to submit detailed plans and receive approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before starting any work. The review process is designed to be straightforward and collaborative, with the goal of supporting  and preserving our community standards. The Architectural Review Committee Meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursday of every month.
