Guest Registration
WH Maintenance Association has made every effort to provide homeowners and their guests with the most pleasant gate experience around. There are two gate houses with gate attendants 24/7. Gate hours for vendors, commercial vehicles, contractors and moving trucks are: Monday-Friday 7am-7pm. Saturdays 8am-6pm. No contractors or moving trucks are allowed on Sundays or on holidays. Registering your guests and vendors has never been easier with our Automated Phone Registration, Online Guests Registration Software and Fast Pass System.
Online Guest Registration:
To register your guest online please visit gateaccess.net. The gate access software has both a web portal and smartphone apps for iPhone (Click Here) and Android (Click Here). Please note that you will be required to enter both your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and your Community Code, have these both ready and enter when prompted. The Community Code for Weston Hills is WH.
To add your guests, go gateaccess.net enter the Community Code of WH, register your account or enter your gate access username and password to login. You can place special instructions message on your account, otherwise known as a Guard Note to provide the guard with important instructions regarding access to your residence. The message will appear whenever your information is accessed by a guard in the gate system and can also be set to expire. Make sure to provide specific details for your message like “Call John”.
Fast Pass System:
Fast Pass System is not just for your one-time guests, but also a great way to get your permanent guests through the line faster. This is an additional option to the current gate registration software via the gateaccess.net website. If you have guests on the permanent list, it will be less time in line if you provide them with the bar code scan sent to their phone or email. They simply show the attendant the bar code you send them to have the attendant scan, and off they go.
If they don’t have the Fast Pass barcode currently, it will take a bit longer to have the attendant look up the address, search your permanent list, verify they are on the list and finally grant access. There are thousands of guests coming through the guest lanes, and this will help get the lines. The Fast Pass option will allow you to send your guest a bar code pass directly to their phone via a text message or it can be sent to their email. Your guest will simply need to display the bar code pass upon entry at the gate to the attendant on duty. It will be scanned instantly, and their access will be immediately authorized. Your current log in credentials will be the same credentials you currently use to log on to access this Fast Pass feature. The process will really help expedite the guest lane entry process.
Once logged into the web portal or app, click on your guest list. (If you are on the website portal you will click to the right the box that states Verify/Send Vendor)
- Select the guest or add a guest
- Choose Temporary or Permanent Authorization
- If you choose temporary access, you will need to select the dates you authorize entry for that guest
- Once the dates are entered, you see an icon with a right arrow on the top next to add/edit guest, click on the arrow to proceed.
- You will then see a preview of a bar code that will be sent to your guest
- If the information is correct, click send at bottom of page
- Select method of delivery, text, email etc.
- Click send
Automated Phone Registration:
To register guests over the phone, please call 954-384-1510 and make sure to follow the automated instructions. Please Note: You will be required to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to register your guests. Don't know your PIN? Please contact management at 954-792-6000.

Vehicle Decal Purchase
Decals can be purchased for $25.00 each.
A vehicle decal request form (see link below) must be completed and dropped off along with vehicle registration and payment (check or money order) at the North Gate located on Weston Hills Blvd. Hours for decal activation are Monday - Friday between 9am - 4pm. You must bring the car, the registration for the car, the driver's license that matches the registration for the car with the check for $25.00 payable to W.H. Maintenance.
Please note the following:
- Vehicle tags will be affixed to the headlight by designated personnel only.
- Tags are designed to deactivate upon removal and may not be transferred between vehicles.
- Transponders/Vehicle Tags that are inactive for over 3 months are automatically deactivated by the Association.
- Homeowners may purchase up to 5 additional decals for frequent visitors (guests) but not for contractors.
- If you move or sell your car, you must contact management to inform them the car is no longer active and to inform management to deactivate the decal.
- Renters cannot purchase decals for their guests.
